Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Verity Verse purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your electronic product, we offer the following return and exchange options:
1. Return Eligibility:
To qualify for a return or exchange, your product must meet the following criteria:
- It must be returned within 15 days from the date of receipt.
- The product must be unused, in new condition, and in its original packaging.
- Electronic products must be returned with all included accessories, manuals, and any other original contents.
- Items marked as final sale or promotional items may not be eligible for return.
2. How to Initiate a Return:
To start the return process, please follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Support Team at Hello@verity-verse.com within 15 days of receiving your product.
- Provide your order number and a brief description of why you are returning the item.
- Our team will guide you through the process, including any return shipping instructions.
3. Return Shipping Costs:
- Domestic Returns: The return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or was damaged during shipping.
4. Refund Processing:
Once we receive your return and verify that it meets the eligibility requirements:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund.
- For damaged products, we may ask for photos of the damage to expedite the process.
6. Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different model or color, you may return the original item within 30 days and place a new order. Exchange availability will depend on stock levels.
Non-returnable Items
The following products are non-returnable:
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
- Opened or used software, audio, video, or digital products
- Consumables like batteries and chargers that are missing their original packaging
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can initiate a return once you receive the item.
